Thanks for your interest in a Mia Oatley commission!

The general time to complete a commission is 1-2 months depending on the size of the work and Mia’s workload.
Commission spaces are limited so if possible please allow some time in advance of your project to get in touch.
So that Mia can best help you with your special piece please attach several of your favourite images of her work, have clear colour preferences, and the dimensions that you’d like.
If it’s a figurative piece that you’d like you’ll also be provided with several loose sketches to choose from before the painting has begun.
On completion of the painting you’ll be sent an image to sign off on.
A 50% deposit is required to commence the piece and the final 50% payment is due on completion.

Delivery

Freight for larger works is currently not calculated through our website, although affordable quotes through one of our partners can be given upon request.

Australian Orders

Small original works and prints include complimentary freight.

Larger works being sent within Australia do not include freight, but competitive quotes, capped at a maximum of $250 regardless of size, can be given upon request.

All orders are sent via professional freight services with a tracking number for your reference.

International Orders

We use Australia Post - Air Mail for international orders. Rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order.

Depending on your location, orders can take between 7-20 business days to be delivered. You can find more information on the Australia Post website.

International taxes and charges are not included in our order price, please check with your local Customs authority to be sure you understand the legal requirements as well as your responsibilities before making an order.
